Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “checkout” and submit the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch.
Shipping And Handling
For UK mainland customers we aim to despatch all orders on the same day if we receive the order before 12 noon, subject to availability. Orders (depending on the value and size) are sent using a combination of various Royal Mail Services or one of our courier services. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation with shipping details. If we are using one of our courier services for shipment, we will confirm what day delivery will be made on our Order Confirmation and would appreciate somebody being available on that day to take delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible if the confirmed date of delivery needs to be revised. Orders are delivered to the cardholder’s address only. Our Shipping and Handling charges are as follows:

Subject to availability, orders for the UK are shipped same day (if received by 12 noon), or next business day (if received after 12 noon), unless specified.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide to cancel, any money taken from your card will be refunded immediately.
Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
